   Iv used this pharmacy probably going on 7 years and Iv always found that they go up and beyond . They will chase if my medication isn’t there or if there is a problem, they treat me when my GP has no capacity and will prescribe appropriately for my needs. Iv never experienced a more proactive pharmacist who tailor your needs in a fast friendly manner. Thank you Harry and Ed ❤️

   I am concerned I dont usally complain but I went here yesterday for my jabs flu and covid i dont usally go here but the place is a mess How are they allowed to give jabs here also they didn't know what colour capsual to use which I was a bit freaked out as they went out to ask someone else i was put in a dirty room for the injection am sure people inject safer on the streets I dont usally get sore from jabs as I've had them plenty of times but I am sore

   The pharmacist was very rude with me on few occasions. There is always a problem when you to pick up your repeat prescription! There is either items missing, which the GP has authorised, but the pharmacist has decided not to supply or not told you they don't have the item. I think the pharmacist always saying speak slowly with very aggressively manner but I’m a team leader in Tesco all my colleague understanding what I am saying or speaking but I couldn’t understand y the pharmacist have an issue. I feel like a discrimination against me…..????

   There is always a problem when you to pick up your repeat prescription! There is either items missing, which the GP has authorised, but the pharmacist has decided not to supply or not told you they don't have the item. Or they tell you there has been no prescription sent by the GP. When you ring the GP, they tell you it was sent on a specific date. Only for you to ring up Gately's to be told the prescription is there, and the "confusion" was that they thought it had already been picked up?!?! Surely a pharmacist with 5 years of training (!!!!) should be able to tell if a medication has been supplied to a patient or not?!?!?! Not giving patients the confidence that you can practice safely and competently!! Literally the only reason I use this pharmacy is because a relative (who has the early stages if dementia!!!) kindly collects my critical to life (!!!!) medication whilst I'm in work at a local hospital! Gately's. You really do need to try harder!

1. Let’s talk Gaming ★☆☆☆☆

   Went to pick up my prescription today, I am exempt from wearing a mask due to health issues, government guidelines pretty clear on this. Hostile attitude, no pleasantries. I said, 'thanks alot goodbye', no reply. The store is covered in signs, like excessively so, desk taped off like something from CSI. All together an unpleasant place to patronise.
