The door was locked and you need to press a disabled button to open it. Staff inside needed to react to open door. I watched multiple people try to enter and were not let in.

Don't go in very often because my wife picks up her dad's medication. Went once and ended up in a pointless argument about the name that i asked for. The assistant's face got redder and redder and it was highly embarrassing especially as there was quite a queue. They seem very inefficient.
Till about a year ago this pharmacy had good customer service. But since the past year the staff has been changed and now going there is like pulling teeth. They have lost our medication twice, promised to call when when it was available and then crickets. It never takes less than 15 minutes to pick up a simple prescription even when you are the only one in the shop. The staff now just rambles around going back and forth endlessly because they never seem to know where any prescriptions are kept. Because of their shoddy and extremely slow service there is always a queue. The manager or main pharmacist herself seems to be clueless so it's no wonder her staff don't know what to do. Unfortunately, it is the closest to our house so there is nothing for us to do but put up with it.
My husband is not very well at the moment. There was a mix up with his repeat prescription last week. I was treated really awful and was very upset. Accused of stock pilling medication or getting it from somewhere else last time. He doesn't know what day it is. Let alone manage his medication.i am trying to manage it for him
Went for a flu jab, all the staff were very helpful, the process was quick and easy, lots of information and advise was given. Highly recommended.
Brilliant staff! Saved me money by suggesting a cheaper alternative when I was already at the till with a more expensive product. Will definitely shop here again. Nice and clean store, too. Thank you!
