Don't bother going between 1pm and 2pm. Chemist has their lunch and no prescriptions can be dispensed. Maybe update your opening hours on Google.
Where do you start. Well run helpful and friendly staff and after a few teething problems the new ordering system is good. I Do know they all work extremely hard and do all they can to help
Super well run pharmacy and very friendly and helpful frontline staff. If only the reception staff in the surgery next door matched their 5 star customer service.
Needed advice on an eye issue. I was just told to go to my doctor's which was difficult when 200 miles from home and GP and felt I was wasting their time. I thought qualified pharmacists could prescribe medication now for minor issues to take the burden off doctors? I Know for next time not to bother!
Staff are always very helpful and friendly. Just a shame it's closed 1-2pm and not open on Saturdays. These times/ day are much more convenient for me personally but you can't have everything.
Very unhelpful, will not use again
Had a mess up of my prescriptions and was under prescribed the medication I needed. The Surgery was so unhelpful at accepting and dealing with the issue they created. I spoke to Julie in the pharmacy she took it upon herself to speak to gp to get my prescription sorted and the pharmacist David was also very helpful ensuring no extra cost to me for the problem.They went above and beyond to help me. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness.
How difficult would it be to update the website , in particular opening hours, to reflect real time. A note on the door saying closed between 1 and 2pm is unprofessional and unhelpful and doesn't match hours of the medical centre next door.
This pharmacy is small but staff are helpful will deliver medication only fault does not open at weekends
