   I am a regular purchaser of Libre 2plus diabetic sensors from clear chemist. They offer a good price (£99.99 for 2) but I do shop around. They offered me a discount last purchase but when I bought a new set recently, still good price, they failed to honour the discount, even when I queried it. Good product, good price, shoddy service.

   I've paid £4,99 delivery and it says 2-4 working days delivery, I'm am now being being told, it is being delivered tomorrow which is 7 days later !! Ordered on the 21st due 28th!!And its a product what can be pit through the letter box ots that small , can you explain please as I want my delivery charge refunded as I needed product within the 2-4 days ,that'd why I ordered with you

   DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Absolute shambles and the customer service was awful. They lost my prescription and couldn’t care less! When I tried to call, there was no one to answer yet they were replying via WhatsApp?! Would have rated it 0 if I could!

   Ordered some perfume for my niece birthday which said they had in stock. this company held my money for 4 days before refunding saying not in stock leaving me no time to order from somewhere else. Awful and won’t be using again!

   Paid extra for DPD - Express Delivery on 22 Dec 2022, 07:36:13. Still waiting for the email to say it has even been shipped. 28/12/22 Had to get a refund from PayPal as they didnt even bother to answer my emails . AVOID !!!!!

   Ordered libre link as need to monitor glucose continuously. Paid for next day delivery and it took longer to arrive then the sensor they sent was broken and didn’t work. Totally awful experience.

   Very happy to have found Clear Chemist. Very understanding and supportive with prescriptions. My prescription was refused by another pharmacy, which meant I couldn't stay on top of my medication. Contacted Clear Chemist who did everything they could to help me. Can't thank you enough :)
