   I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I attended the pharmacy in significant pain and arrived approximately 15–20 minutes before closing to request a Pharmacy First consultation. I was informed by the pharmacist that the appointment could not be carried out because it would take 30 minutes, despite being advertised as a Pharmacy First service. This was particularly frustrating, as the same consultation was completed in approximately 10 minutes at a nearby Boots pharmacy. The lack of flexibility and support in this situation was unacceptable, especially given the level of discomfort I was experiencing.shocking service !

   We recently moved from another local pharmacy to Asda Bromborough and haven’t looked back since. Pharmacist and staff are always very polite, friendly and helpful. Flu jabs done here as well.

   I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. The service was extremely slow, and I had to wait a long time to be served. I returned a sealed, unopened medication that I had paid for, which was prescribed by my doctor but turned out to be unsuitable. While they accepted the return, they refused to refund my money. On top of that, they made me pay again for the new medication that my doctor prescribed the second time. This is completely unacceptable, and I will not be coming back. I do not recommend this pharmacy due to their poor service and unfair policies.

   Absolutely ridiculous opening times, Doesn't open until 9am and shuts at 9pm Monday - Saturday and then opens 10am - 4pm on Sunday's, Came in around 08:50am as needed to collect a prescription sent from the gp and was point blank refused until 9am not like I was buying anything, it's absolutely shocking service.

   Rang to ask about getting medicine for my poorly daughter. Pharmacist not interested,had zero empathy and couldn’t get me off the phone quicker. I won’t be going back here.

   Always greeted by friendly knowledgeable staff in my experience. When I started on new heart meds, they phoned me several times (with my permission) to check if I had experienced any adverse side effects. Very impressed overall with this service. It is handy to collect meds with groceries.
