Gone hugely downhill since the refurbishment. No space for the large number of customers waiting in excess of 20 mins to collect prescriptions. Assuming the medication is in stock.
Fantastic service today. Popped in for a prescription which took a couple of minutes to prepare, bought a couple of items then had a unplanned flue jab and consultation all in 10 to 15 minutes! Fantastic and thank you!
Although I understand that my script had been wrongly presented by the consultant, I did feel that the pharmacist could have used a bit more empathy to my situation. There was no need to tell me the cost of the medication like I couldn’t afford it. Unfortunately due to the pressure on the NHS I had to go private and, it was a private prescription so yes I know it comes at a cost. I felt treated like I was jumping a queue or something.. Made my feeling worse than they are. Disappointed.
Always found this pharmacy helpful but today so efficient compared with trying to even get apt from doctors , saw pharmacist quickly, prescription withing 5 mins , so thank you

Staff are always really helpful and friendly. Sometimes a bit difficult to get through on the phone but the team are always apologetic and help you with any query.
