Staff was very helpful and greeting. Its the closest boots I’ve got in my area and I was able to use advantage card points on my purchase

The staff's behavior is very rude, anti-immigrant, and arrogant. I’ve visited two or three times, and each time I’ve been upset by the way they treat customers. It’s extremely frustrating, especially since this is a branch of Boots Pharmacy."

I should actually be giving zero stars for Customer service from Boots on Boaler Street! I am gobsmacked at the rude nature of the interaction from the male staff member ( who was a slim, white male, dressed in a formal white shirt with a blue tie & had stubble on the skin of his his lower jawline)I have just encountered! I politely asked for Paracetamol under Care of the Chemist. As far as I am aware, if one is in receipt of Universal Credit, Paracetamol can be given - free of charge- under Care of the Chemist. This irritating male - with no explanation whatsoever - rudely & with a mean glare - said to me that he did not have Paracetamol for me at that time! There were many boxes of Paracetamol stacked against the wall behind him! I tried to explain that I was in receipt of Universal Credit & could not afford the Paracetamol that he was asking me to purchase - & again - with no explanation whatsoever & with a forceful, scary & rude tone - he remarked that he did not have Paracetamol for me at that time & he did not do Universal Credit requests! Is there new Legislation- that I am not aware of - that stipulates that Boots Pharmacy personnel have the right to be rude to Universal Credit recipients & can refuse to serve them - without giving any explanation for their rude demeanour!? No wonder pharmacies are closing down, if pharmacy personnel act this way toward genuine customers in pain! I am extremely disappointed and angry at Boaler Street in Liverpool - & I'm still in pain! Well done Boots on Boaler Street! You get one out of ten for Customer Service from me! I am extremely annoyed!!! Sincerely & angrily Miss M. Thembani (31 March2025 at 13:12hrs)

Very professional and courteous, and amazing help to my parents who are in their 80's and do use the Boaler Street Chemist a lot! If a customer or patient can be helped, they will do their best to do it for you. Thanks to all the staff, it is appreciated. On behalf of Marg and Dave

I have been going to Boaler street for a long time now . I have been treated with nothing but the utmost respect and courtesy. Ian, Victoria, Noah and all the staff have shown me great support . I even get a nod from the security guy ( who looks not one to mess about , if need be). Thank you . Best regards james
