I discovered and truly appreciated the value of our local community pharmacy today, although I have used them for years for the odd prescriptions. At a time when the GP service is streched. the pharmacist stepped in with the team(lovely ladies), they went out of their way to support me and send me on my way. A huge thank you from me!

I find it quite strange that unless the pharmacist is present on the premises you are unable to buy simple over the counter medication like Rennies or items that you can buy off the shelves at Asda or elsewhere. According to the assistant I spoke to the NHS donβt allow itβ¦strict rules and loosing oneβs job and various other points like different packages or sizes etc., which I did find unsatisfactory as a reason. I will be seeking advice and further confirmation about these rules and regulations from the proper channels. I feel very disappointed with the response I received from the assistant I spoke to. I feel that anyone needing a important prescription are going to be disappointed, do you not have a back up plan in place, it does seem an inefficient situation, having said that I have not had this problem before with you, but this has certainly made me question any kind of reliance I may have associated with you as a reliable pharmacy. Sincerely JPAG.

I use this pharmacy regularly for myself and family. The repeat prescription service is very reliable. I have recently used the pharmacy for a consultation to obtain a prescription without the need for a GP appointment. I was seen promptly, after completing a short questionnaire, by a very competent and approachable pharmacist. All staff at this practice are friendly, professional and very helpful.

Very friendly staff who are always trying their best but it feels like they are at overcapacity sometimes and perhaps need more staff. There's used to be a second pharmacy in higher Bebington village which shut down within the last year. This means more people using Higher Bebington pharmacy which could possibly explain the stock issues. I don't think I've had a prescription lately where something wasn't owing. Obviously there are a lot of stock problems out of their control that are nationwide but it does feel like you have to go back a lot. Most people in the queue are also told the same thing. I also miss the late night open hours, they used to be open a lot later which was really useful when you work full time. Unfortunately now there's always a mad rush before half 6 when everyone finishes work. The staff are lovely though especially the older male pharmacist who is very professional and helpful.

Came in for my fathers prescription. The girls/ladies on the front are always friendly and welcoming and I hate to leave such a bad review because they are so nice but whilst I was waiting I could see how two of the female staff members were being spoken too and treated by the man in the back Iβm assuming the pharmacist and I wonβt lie it made me feel very uncomfortable and thought this type of work ethic was disgusting. The poor girls seemed to be getting singled out. Not the way to run a business. As I said I canβt fault the rest of the staff their service was impeccable

I had to pick up my husbandβs prescription last week, for which he had had confirmation that it was issued. I had to wait just over 20mins. There were several people in the chemist already waiting for prescription and one lady who had her granddaughter with her had been there over half an hour. When she finally got her prescription there was one item missing so had a further wait! There were 5 staff behind the counter, but only one girl seemed to be dealing with people. Before the switch to this new βchemistβ the service was excellent. I have repeat prescriptions every few months but I am thinking of changing my named chemist because I do not have time to waste standing around in here. If I handed in a paper prescription I would expect to have a delay, but with preordered medication surely this removes the old β it will be ready in 15mins, could you call back later, or just waitβ scenario? Very disappointing.

I called in to collect my prescription today. It wasn't ready so I had to go back for it which wasn't much of a problem but when I went back to collect it I discovered when i got home that an important item had been omitted which i wasn't told about at the time! I rang the chemist and the girl I spoke to was very rude, it sounded like the staff were all laughing in the background including the girl on the phone! I didn't get an apology. Very disappointed with the service received. I used to rate this chemist but not at all anymore. They need to lose the party atmosphere totally inappropriate and unprofessional.

I love this chemist and all the staff there all helpful, friendly and easy to approach,I changed to this chemist as my local one never had medication in stock, never on time and long waits, only fault I have is that I don't live in the area and have to take a bus to come here, sometimes there can be a shortage with my daughters adhd medication and it has to be ordered so I tend to ring the pharmacy before my journey up here but the past few months I am never able to get through to them the phone just constantly rings out .maybe if there was a email address you could contact to check meds are in stock beforehand saves on double journeys. Other than this cant fault this chemist and lovely staff members

This used to be the best pharmacy around.... Late night / weekend opening. since It's merged with another pharmacy reduced opening hours, constant ques, nothing ever in stock. There are now 1 pharmasist and 7 assistants on each day. Today the 4 is assistants where standing together chatting and the other 3 on computers I Spent 40 minutes in here today to being told 3 times the medication had to be ordered in. 3 times I explained this wasn't the medication I had visited for. I left in the end. I'm changing my nominated pharmacy and after speaking to the rest of the que they are to, it's a shame really as the pharmacist Sal and hassana are really helpful
