   I went today to collect some medicine and the guy with a bun in his hair needs a customer service training. I tried to ask him if I could put my points card for the medicine and he didn’t allow to even finish the question, just said NO! Next time I will request to my GP to send me to Superdrog or another pharmacy, but never ever again to Boots, I’m paying for my medication you are not giving it to me for free… not again! Shame of you, put a whole name of a company in such level by your behavior, if you are tired GO HOME!

   Boots in Streatham High Street has always been one of our favourite places to shop for our everyday essentials. It’s reliable, well stocked, and has great products for the whole family. On top of that, we also go to the Boots pharmacy there for all of our prescriptions, and the service is truly exceptional. The pharmacy team is amazing, professional, friendly and always willing to help. They make the entire process easy and stress free, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. The manager and staff create such a welcoming and dependable environment that keeps our whole family coming back.

   Very poor experience at the pharmacy. After waiting for the pharmacist and going through all checks, I was told they don't have it in stock. Time wasters. As its an emergency prescription they should have contacted another pharmacy on my behalf but I was completely palmed off.

   I refuse to go in there now it used to be good and the staff at one time was very nice and helpful. But they now have one haggard looking woman working there called Zoe and she is a disgrace she is very rude and has a terrible attitude. Avoid this place and go to a different branch.
