Wish I could give this boots branch no stars as it is a total shambles empty shelves many every day items out of stock no staff to assist you if u do buy an item from display you then have to join the pescription counter que as th e shop tills are unmanned I have already transferred my regular pescription to another pharmacy because of the poor service now I will shop elsewhere for items I would have got here and I have therefore binned my vantage card for good

Despite many staff in the shop service is appalling me slow and inefficient. I ordered from boots online and went to collect my item only to be told it wasn’t there; I was then notified by text message that in fact it was there and so they had made a mistake. I will avoid this shop at all costs because really they don’t deserve to have customers because they don’t behaviour as though they’re actually interested in the customer

I visited the pharmacy a few minutes ago to speak with the pharmacist, and just like yesterday, there was no privacy when discussing a personal health concern. I had to explain sensitive issues while others stood in the queue right behind me, which was quite embarrassing. I believe such matters should be handled with discretion, and I sincerely hope this lack of privacy is not influenced by any form of discrimination, including racism. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed to ensure a more respectful and confidential environment going forward.

A normal pharmacy, where there is a large selection of everything in the world, from vitamins, toothbrushes, hair dyes, perfumes, shower products and gifts for women and men, cosmetics, diapers for children and baby food and so on. Quite expensive. Several times I asked the employees to buy pills , but they said that they did not have them in stock and did not offer an alternative. It's always clean inside.

This pharmacy regularly leaves my vulnerable mother with no medication. They lie and are very incompetent. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!!!

Finally had enough of this store. Tried to collect my prescription only to get the door shut and shutter put down in my face. They are now closing at 5 pm, what am I supposed to do when I work 9 to 5? The job I have, I can't just pop out. Even when you do get in, you have to wait ages for the pharmacy staff to serve you and they clearly have never heard of service with a smile. The manageress however, is lovely and so is the older guy that works in there too but sadly not enough to make me stay. Boots, sort your staff out!

Poor service, and miserable staff who ignore you. There have been several times when I've gone to collect my prescription that arrived a week (or more) earlier, only to find it still hadn't been made up! How long do they need?! They also lost one prescription, so it had to be reordered from the GP, and when Boots eventually found it months later, they told my husband off for not collecting it earlier! The pharmacy up the road is far better and more friendly.

Lovely staff and knowledgeable pharmacists. I have a complex medication regimen and the pharmacist has taken time out of her day to make things are going well. I know it is her job but it is a very busy pharmacy and I've never felt rushed.
