   It's really frustrating, I've been trying to get my prescription for over 2 weeks. First they said they don't have it in the system then they have it and just to get it done it's been now a week and each time I go there they ask me to back tomorrow. And try to call .. good luck getting answer.

   Absolutely shocking. Every time I've been you are waiting forever. Even if they are serving 1 or 2 customers they dnt acknowledge you are there. Unfortunately its the only 1 close to me. Today finished it of. Went in and thought wow im the only 1 in here. In pain and needing advice etc I ended up waiting for someone to help. Finally a young girl came out I described clear as day light. She then proceeded to ask me the same questions I told her. 3 times over. To which I had to rush out and home. Young girl dressed not very professional i can only say and just didn't seem to care. Like a Saturday girl from the 80s. Absolutely wrong on all accounts. Needs retraining Service is shocking and need more experienced staff. This isn't right and unfair the time taken. Shocking and pathetic doesn't cut it. Should be give a star 0

   I've visited this pharmacy a few times recently and each time the staff have been exceptionally friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. I don't often leave reviews after visiting places, but felt it was worth recognising these staff for doing their job so well and treating the customers so kindly and respectfully.

   Attended pharmacy to pick a blood pressure monitor. Received great level of care from staff member (did not catch their name unfortunately to be able to give them direct praise/thanks) but personally felt they went above and beyond and that was greatly appreciated. Would like to place on record my thanks to this person, you’re a credit to yourself, your profession and Rowlands pharmacy. Thank you

   Appalling service one member of staff spoke about a customer so rudely and when my friend was told she told them they were cheeky to be told to get out threatening customers vulnerable customers with disabilities laughing at them I will be contacting the local papers to have this staff member named & shamed I honestly cannot believe it. Edits****** No I have spoken to the appropriate people to raise my concerns being provoked into a verbal altercation is not something your staff should be doing I will now seek some advice on discrimination as I was told this morning on the phone it’s not the first time I caused a problem so because I told my friend what was said whilst she was out of the shop I have caused it triggering ptsd from gaslighting abuse to not good Rowlands not good Edits*** after telling me I am barred from rowlands in litherland and to collect my medical supplies what is essential I have I asked a friend to pop round they have basically returned a prescription after ordering it in and told my friend to take it elsewhere whilst basically throwing my child’s medicine at her for this my friend is now seeking advice for poor treatment seems it’s now turned into a discrimination case I really hope they learn a lesson from this to not treat people badly

   Booked to have a flu jab on nhs site booked to go this pharmacy and then when I got there I was told they are no longer doing them, have none in and no longer flu season. Not acceptable should not be able to appointments for things they are not offering. I've had to wait until now to get because my father's dying looking after him.

   When you are run down or ill and brain fog has you finding it difficult to think clearly its fantastic to have a trustworthy pharmacy team that communicates clearly and is efficient. If your brain isn't working or awake you can be sure of appropriate response. Really first class.
