   I rarely post reviews. However, I felt I must leave one for Simply Pharmacy. Having experienced Boots' service and observed in frustration as the period from ordering to receiving edged ever upwards to, at one point, ten days, and having an argument with staff about the same, I felt it was time to find someone else. I contacted Simply Pharmacy and the process was so easy. My very next repeat prescription was supplied by them, within three days of ordering on Patient Access, and delivered to my door. That time frame has often been less than 48 hours. At midday today, I received my latest repeat prescription, albeit only one item. What is most surprising is that I ordered this via Patient Access late yesterday afternoon - a bank holiday! Brilliant Service from an independent.

   Nothing but praise for this pharmacy. All staff go above and beyond. I have had so much help and support. Just one example was an unexpected phone call earlier this week to see how I was coping with new inhalers. At a time when I have been quite poorly with minimal or no GP support Saleem and all staff have been a lifeline. Thank you .for all your help.
