   Brilliant service from this chemist. My repeat prescriptions are dealt with immediately- staff are lovely. Had issues with my previous chemist, prescriptions took ages to be dealt with and always queues to pick it up. The speed my prescriptions are now dealt with is great.

   I have been using this Chemist since it was Higgins in the old Woolworth store on South Road before moving to it's current location. So I am talking as a long-term customer. Under the change of ownership to Allied Pharmacy I have been asked about the blister packs I have my medication in. A few weeks ago they informed me that they would no longer supply me with blister packs. I am a disabled man with cancer and complex health issues. I really feel as if I have been forced out of this Chemist to save the new owners money, rather than provide a genuine Community Pharmacy service.

   I can only commend the staff here , I used to come here when it was Higgins , and Simon was there then so I have got know the staff well . They are very helpful and have always been really pleasant towards me , especially Vicky ( who I knew from when she worked in the surgery) I have also got to know Paula as well , who is lovely. In fact all the staff are but I just don't know all their names. They work really hard under a lot of pressure. I also want to thank Nicky for delivering my meds always lovely and has a nice chat , whichi means a lot if you haven't spoken to anyone for days . I would definitely recommend this pharmacy. Thanks everyone for all your hard work muck appreciated.

   What a fantastic pharmacy. The customer service is brilliant. I have just been to collect some medication and the lady on the front desk (apologies never got your name) was superb. Friendly, attentive helpful. I now will be attending here as my local pharmacy store. Thank you

   This is the worst pharmacy ever known. Not all prescriptions are delivered, no one ever answers the bloody phone. To top it off they never ever reply to comments here. We may as well complain to ourselves. FYI!!! When it was just Crosby North Pharmacy never had any problems. Now it's one thing after another. It's time to change Pharmacies. What a bloody joke

   I highly recommend Higgins Pharmacy, nothing to much trouble, all staff will try and help in every way possible. I have more confidence in Simon the resident pharmacist than my own doctors, he will go above and beyond to help and advise if that's what you require. Higgins was an excellent pharmacy before pandemic, during and still is. All staff going that extra mile, well done to all involved don't change.
