    I was nervous going for my flu jab as I don't like needles but to be greeted with "hello lovely" from Jamie and a friendly chat started to put me at ease. Daisy then took over, lovely, friendly and very efficient, hardly felt a thing. Took my blood pressure too which has never happened before. Staff are always friendly even when busy, never had a problem with my prescriptions. Excellent service.

    Been in this pharmacy for years gone worse now had to wait for 9 day's for medication to be made up left with out insulin for 2 days as not received phoned Boots complaint line no help you all need to change pharmacy contract today on phone call they sent me a message saying they are looking in to complaints department will be contacted me again when spoke to shop manager not expecting any further help but letting other people know what has happened to me hope they sort shop out sooner than later Yours truly Thomas David Russell
