great customer service. Our waiter Wesley was excellent in making sure myself and my partner were catered for. He deserves all the recognition possible.
Nando’s is my favourite place to visit with friends and family. The staff are always so friendly and happy to help, and they often check in to make sure everything is okay. Even when my young child makes a bit of a mess, the staff are always understanding and kind. Great food, great atmosphere, and wonderful service every time!
My first visit in Nandos and I wasn't disappointed at all! The food is cheap and tasty, especially famous piri piri french fries. Definitely recommended if you are looking for reasonable, tasty food.
the staff were nice and impressively on it for such a busy restaurant, really impressive, can’t be an easy job. Not really sure what I expected in terms of the food, but not the wettest halloumi I’ve ever seen. Never seen halloumi wallow in its own crapulence before. Genuinely couldn’t face eating it. That said, again, the staff were brilliant and the place kept me comfortable and warm while I waited for my train.
You know what you're getting with Nando's, and the food here was as good as it ever is. However, the service from our server, Adam, was a standout. He was polite, friendly, and just a really nice guy!
Friendly staff and great food. 10/10 Had the double chicken pitta with cheese and pineapple with a side of corn and everything was beautiful. Allergen order taken by a manager no problems, perfect service.
Here for lunch. Pretty much standard Nandos... A safe option. Everything cooked as it should be, service was pretty quick, good for a quick lunch. This branch is starting to look a little run down. The downstairs drinks machine was out of order so had to go upstairs for refills.
Can get very busy here so service can be slow however the staff are always really polite and helpful. Food very good - same as other Nandos. Drinks dispenser broken and so have to go to another floor for drinks. This is fine for my friends and me but not for people with mobility issues. I will still keep coming however because of the food, location, and staff are decent.
