Probably the best pharmacy I’ve been to! All staff are polite and approachable especially the pharmacist Lauren, nothing is ever too much!
Nothing but good things to say about this pharmacy. The pharmacist Lauren is really approachable and offers advice when I need. The pharmacy is really busy but you can see the team all work so hard

Absolute shambles, disorganised, unhelpful. Up to a year ago I would have given them 5* but since all the changes have been done in the shop their service has hit rock bottom. They're always owing either part or all of a medication and at time of writing this I still have outstanding items from over a month ago which means I've run out of meds yet again. They also NEVER answer their phone! I'm switching to a postal medication service. Enough is enough.
Waiting for 30 mins just to get 1 hand palm sized box from the fridge I can see over the counter.

This pharmacy used to be very good but lately I have nothing but issues with them. I find some staff very helpful and polite but 1 or 2 are very rude and abrupt.
