   I booked an appointment via their online booking portal to review my Mounjaro journey. i arrived at the pharmacy and the lady spoke to the pharmacist to tell him I had an appointment at 1pm. His facial expression was as though she had asked him to drink poison!!! He then yelled to me across the room that they close between 1 and 2 for lunch and wouldn't see me. I suggested he looks at the appointment booking system,as this appointment was available. He couldn't have cared less,no apology just a nonchalant attitude and a completely wasted journey for me. Hence I won't be coming back.

   Called in to get my partners 90 year old grandmother her prescription that was meant to be delivered 3 days ago, missing & wrong medication given. This is not the first time either. This could result in disastrous effects & shorten her lifespan. Very lucky we have a system in place. It's unacceptable & I will be reporting this pharmacy.

   Called in on spec for a blood pressure check. The Pharmacist Keren was extremely kind, polite and very supportive at what turned out to be a quite a shock of a result. She went above and beyond and thanks to her phone call to my doctor's surgery I was able to see my GP a short while later. What an invaluable service. Thankyou so much.

   While is was waiting for prescription the lady’s were inundated with people wanting there’re script it wasn’t there error but the surgery’s fault as they never sent things over thank you for help with my problem today

   Just recently I've called at this chemist on two separate occasions to pick up a repeat prescription to find it closed. The first time was mid week at 12.25pm and today Saturday, at 11.45am. It would appear they just close whenever they like for whatever reason without updating their opening times. It's a pity as it used to be a good chemist..... many years ago! ############################### In answer to the below Response - If you could provide me with the contact details for your Head Office I will be more than happy to provide you with the information you have requested.

   Can't believe that they shut at lunchtime, they have enough staff to stagger lunches, some people only have lunch time too nip in to the chemist
