   Very rude obnoxious staff, waited 5 minutes in am empty shop before anybody acknowledged me. I was then refused the sale of OTC eye drops for a minor eye issue. I bought in another pharmacy OTC. I would not recommend subjecting yourself to these people. Horrible embarrassing experience.

   Absolutely terrible customer service; never seem able to complete prescriptions in one go, often several visits needed and staff appear too important to deal with sick people;SHOCKING!! Two years later now and unbelievably customer service has plummeted to even worse levels !! Customers now having to put in prescriptions up to TWO (2) weeks in advance and still being told not all items in stock so having to make a return trip. Latest advice from Boots healthcare professionals; "We only received script YESTERDAY so it WON`T be ready at the end of TODAY" !!!! Conversely if you need Methadone and the like its always there.... Little wonder Boots is closing outlets

   This is probably the worst boot's store anywhere, there is no organisation,they are continually short of prescription medication resulting in customer's having to make several trips to get their prescriptions. When returning for shortages of your original prescription it is never ready and you will either have to make another journey or wait while they get it ready, and if the pharmacist is doing a medication review with another customer the wait can be fairly long.
