   Went to pharmacy to speak about an ear infection and other stuff, asked to speak to the pharmacist, I understand she is busy, but she was able to relay information to various staff instead of coming to speak to us herself, the situation frustrated me and made me feel uncomfortable. They tell you to approach pharmacist to ease pressure on GP surgeries but pharmacists refuse to speak to you, how does that work? The pharmacist with dark hair appeared like she couldn’t care less. I was very appalled with the service.

   Back and forth to this pharmacy over the last few days . Firstly to be told they hadn’t processed my prescription even though plenty of time allocated and to wait for a text to come and collect when ready . Gone a week without medication after a phone call with the doctor to find they did in-fact have it , yet no message ! I then go back to find the on-site pharmacist isn’t there so they couldn’t give me the meds anyway. I now need to return and go longer . Not great service & extremely inconvenient !

   The day before, I checked the opening times it said open from 9.00am to 1.00 pm Christmas eve. Went to collect my prescription at 11.00am , not open, no signs on the door to explain hours. Two other people in cars came when i was there to collect their prescriptions and said the same. I rang the pharmacy when i got home to see if there was any explanation on a answer phone, the phone just rings. This needs looking into, this could be damaging people health if they need their prescription straightaway!
