Again today my prescription is ot correct. A very important tablet missing. Try to phone them. They just don't answer the phone. The service at this pharmacy is abysmal. Queues out the door. Can't get what you need. Prescriptions wrong then they blame the doctor. Items missing and they cant supply them i cant understand why they would not have common medicines to hand. .Think I w ill definitely have to change pharmacies.

This is a very busy pharmacy, when you've only got two pharmacies serving the whole of Buckley I'm not sure what ppl expect! I've always found the staff very helpful and kind despite clearly being run off their feet. Yes expect a wait sometimes. not happy? go somewhere else

Like many others I have now switched from this awful pharmacy. The guy with the beard behind the counter is rude and arrogant and definitely needs to go on a customer service course because he has no clue. Always a long wait there too..

Never answer the phone then play the blame game with the GP over who lost the prescription. Dread to think how many times it's been over a week and script isn't ready. Ended up with emergency rations a few times. The older lady is extremely confrontational too. The rest try their best but a regularly let down by their company.

Since lockdown eased, the pharmacy hasn't re-opened its rear doors from the GP surgery side and it's hugely frustrating having to go outside after an GP appointment and go back in through the pharmacy front doors. Why not open them again?! The shop space is very small and when busy, feels extremely cramped with very little room to manoeuvre. The queuing system is also madness and prevents you from being able to browse around the shop if you're not in the queue, as people block the shelves. The telephone is NEVER answered, and I mean NEVER. I've tried on and off for years and no-one has ever picked up to this day. And this pharmacy doesn't supply certain doses of medications, which seems an oddity when a competitor's pharmacy in the same locality does.

If you've ever encountered the pharmacist with the beard, you know why this is 1 star. He is awful. Rude to the young ladies who work there and has created a negative atmosphere amongst staff. So when you inevitably join a 20 minute queue... (regular occurence) you can feel the tension behind the counter. And not once have they apologised for keeping me waiting.

Doctor sent prescription through on the Tuesday turned up to chemist said would not be ready until Friday after 1, turned up at 1 chemist closed 10.30 to 4.30 No Chemist , opening 4.30. Got there 4.30 queue over 20 people around the corner, absolutely no chance of being served before closing time, a mess how you canβt supply staff, not the first time this has happened, a joke

The convenience of having a pharmacy directly adjacent to the Roseneath & Bradley's practices in Buckley cannot be underestimated, but it comes at a price i.e. complacency. Customers are seemingly an inconvenience to the Lloyds team, with quite honestly the worst customer service I've witnessed in years. Invariably you have to queue or wait, so spending any amount of time in the pharmacy, you see the horror show for what it is. To be clear, I have no issue whatsoever with having to wait, but the blatant rudeness of two or three of the staff to those often in poor health, is utterly contemptible. I know quite a few people who frequent this pharmacy, and the consensus is completely aligned. The only tip I can give to those using this pharmacy, is to have your prescriptions sent direct to them, and leave it a few days before collecting, to avoid the disappointment of it not being prepared.

Staff were very unhelpful, after getting a rush prescription, I rang the surgery who informed me that they had picked it up and should be ready. I then went at 9am (half an hour after opening) the doors were locked, people were in there but when I knocked the woman came out said there was no pharmacist and to come back in half an hour, I did this and there was then a sign on the door, stating there was no pharmacist, I knocked on the door and a different woman just pointed at the sign like I didn't even read it, she was very rude, I asked for my prescription so I can use another dispensary in the future, very unhelpful!
