   The service from Julie at the pharmacy was fantastic. I have been struggling to get hold of my partner's medication, as most places are out of stock. However, Julie took the time with me to go through other medications available that are similar, and she ordered them into the pharmacy. Even though it was 10 minutes before closing, she didn't turn me away. Even our own doctors turn us away and are never willing to help us further. But Julie really did go above and beyond, she even went out of her way to call me the next day to say they were ready, and I really can't thank her enough for not making me feel like an inconvenience. This was not the first time I visited this boots, and the staff have always been friendly and welcoming. Thanks again for the great service, it goes a long way.

   Waited for 45 minutes just to pick up a prescription, was told when I entered that the chemist was in a consultation so fine, I went to another shop to pass the time, on returning I was told the chemist was still in the consultation so waited again, when the chemist came out of the consultation I realized that I saw her behind the counter when I first went in, so why did the member of staff lie to me by saying that the chemist was in a consultation!!!!

   Some of the old staff from years ago were more on the ball, they would tell you what day to collect prescription if there was a bank holiday. I have had to go without my medication this weekend as when my father collected my weekly prescription on Monday he was not given a day to collect the prescription covering the bank holiday and as he parkinsons his memory is not very good so he could have done with the reminder. If its not misplacing prescriptions or delayed prescriptions.

   Boots in Flint provides first class professional care and service. Yes they are short staffed and overworked but each member of staff cares about patients and strives to help them. Dealing with thousands of patients and numerous prescriptions each week, they are a wonderful example of public service by a private company. Put up with the queues to get great service. Highly recommended.

   Friendly service. Sometimes a bit of a wait but they are generally busy. The pharmacist is always happy to help as well. Many times the doctor's surgery fails to get it right with prescriptions and repeats for my son. Apparently one of the pharmacists drove to Manchester from flint (90 mins) to pick up vital meds.. above and beyond.

   Excellent store. I've been a customer there for over 20years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but that's due to the volume of prescription's they do especially during this carona- 19 crisis. Top mark's.

   This store NEVER opens at 09.00 hrs,always 5-10 mins late. This morning waited for 20 minutes to have my repeat prescription made up. Au the moment I am seriously considering changing chemists for my prescription. Not at all happy, every month is the same, just not good enough.
