   I don't normally use this chemist and never will again. I called to see if my prescription was there and lady on the phone asked would like my tablets broke in half which I said yed. I got my dad to pick up my tablets. My dad said how rude the lady was and the way she spoke to him and no tablets broken in half. Looking on there reviews no wonder such bad reviews. Stick with Oakley chemist in Heswall. Most helpful and friendliest staff you will come across

   All the staff especially the manager are th e rudest people I have come across. I now use the chemist further up the road where the staff and management are amazing. I won't be using well chemist ever again.

   As I am new to the area, I thought it would be nice to use the local small shops. I called into Well Pharmacy to purchase a few items. I found the staff to be disinterested and curt, bordering on rude. I spoke with my neighbours about my experience and they said don't worry they are like that with everyone. Fortunatly, there is another pharmacy up the road which I will use in future.

   We booked a fit to fly with this pharmacy they took our money but did not supply the service. They said that the pharmacist was on holiday. Nice for her. But why was nothing put in place to replace her? We are still waiting for our money back! 13 days and we are still waiting. Not very helpful. Phone just rings out, staff member very unhelpful.

   The manager is one of the most rude unhelpful people I have ever come across. She needs to learn some manners, maybe she needs a change of career as helping others appears not to be her thing.
