   I collected my prescription this morning, but they gave me the wrong one. When I went back, a female staff member very rudely asked, “What is the medication then?” She eventually found my correct prescription, but after I paid, she just threw the medication on the desk. Very unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour. This isn’t the first time—many people have had similar issues, as seen in previous reviews. It’s as if I was asking her for a favour instead of receiving a service I paid for.!!

   The female on early yesterday obviously hates her job. Just leave if it’s making you that miserable and bitter! I’ve had good experiences in the past but it only takes one bad experience to leave a sour taste in your mouth.

   Quick, no waiting + efficient service. Recommended if no other late pharmacy is open which is nearer. Have never had any problems there. Staff quite mechanical as opposed to having people skills. But not necessary in these circumstances..
