   Absolutely worse chemist I have ever used make people fight for the so called delivery service then decide not to deliver until it suits them normally over a week and half and they never have a morning deliveries it's always afternoon absolutely disgusting how are they allowed to make people who are already suffering suffer even more never mind make sure they go without there medications for over a week

   If I could leave one star I would, after a previous experience with my autistic daughter and the staff making sly remarks I thought I’d try again after an apology. They send you here there and everywhere, once they over prescribed my medication and I was given 2 of everything. Something which should not have happened. They then had the nerve to blame me, but today, the old lady with the grey hair thought it was appropriate to shout a laugh “wait for the whole hour then!” In front of everyone. So she had it off me because I’ve had enough of her being rude and also the male who works here being rude. Be kind and speak to people how you want to be spoken to! And treat your staff who are absolutely wonderful and kind, as they should be treated. My experience today was embarrassing and just because you’re stressed doesn’t mean you can speak to me the way you do.

   I'd give zero stars if I could.the staff need urgent training on how to treat customers and deal with autistic people my son was waiting half an hour for a prescription last night when my 4 year old autistic granddaughter had a meltdown.my son was already stressed and upset and it didn't help with staff putting their heads round ,looking into shop area,rolling their eyes and making derogatory comments. You know who you are and you should all be thoroughly ashamed of yourselves..and to top it all they didn't give him what he'd gone in for but an 'owing' item..I'm totally disgusted, my son was so upset afterwards..and I'm also furious.how dare you treat people this way

   I bought an item from Heatherlands yesterday which was quite pricey, but found that the pump didn’t work very well. I went back today and the man that served me was so unhelpful and unwilling to budge to give me a new one, and told me that I would have to pay if I wanted a new one. I went back twice and still there was no help or offer of an exchange even for a paying customer. The customer service was terrible and there was no friendliness or warmth from the pharmacist. I will not be using this pharmacy again. Update- I would like to thank Eve from Heatherlands pharmacy for rectifying the situation and issuing an exchange for a new item and also an apology, too. It meant a lot, so Thankyou.

   Fantastic service, so quick, called ahead to see if they had all the items on my little boys script as my doctor normally sends the script to boots, but they didn’t have all the items in two of their stores. 1 phone call to Heatherlands pharmacy a very short hold time to say we have everything in stock we will prepare if for you now. Had all of the items waiting for me which was amazing when I got there. Extremely professional and friendly, can’t recommend enough. This is the only pharmacist we will be using as a family going forward.
