   Stood behind a man for ten minutes that had trouble with his prescription. Back and forth trying to sort it out. Got it sorted and then he asked if they could sort out his wife’s prescription, all the time I’m stood there. They then started looking for his wife’s prescription and sorted that out and he left. I class that as pushing in. I had to stand there for another fifteen minutes at the counter while everyone worked away in the back. All I wanted was some tablets of the shelf. Absolute joke.
