   Absolutely apalling service from the pharmacy yesterday. I was desperate for a prescription to relieve symptoms and told to return at 4 to collect. I returned at 5 (on Tuesday) to be told that the prescription would be ready on Friday! It was not marked as an emergency. I took the prescription to a private pharmacy next door where it was fulfilled immediately. It's chaotic there.

   I've never had any issues using this store before but on Wednesday 3rd Sept I was served by a male who was extremely rude looked at me like he hated me, this is not a joke, served me, I asked for painkillers, never gave me the usual rundown on these painkillers like am I on any other medication do not take these for more than 3 days, etc took my money and practically threw my change at me. I NEVER complain but this just played on my mind and I thought you know what whatever was going on in your little life mate, you don't bring it to work.

   Every single time, always helpful, always courteous and always quick. The staff cannot be any nicer if they tried. They have a difficult area as I know there are many older customers, but they are always so nice to them. I unfortunately have to go quite regularly for controlled drugs. As soon as my GP sends it, its ready the next day after 2pm for controlled drugs they don't keep on site and same day for practically everything else. Caroline is someone I speak to a lot on the phone and she's always patient even with me having to call to check up on my GP sending in my repeats. Keep up the good work guys, we need you in west kirby.

   I've been in this branch multiple times and have always found the staff to be really friendly, however on this occasion I called the pharmacy in search of a prescription for my son. I spoke to Paul who despite being unable to get hold of what I needed, went above and beyond by checking multiple branches and contacting suppliers. Out of 10+ other pharmacies I called in the area, this was the only one who asked what was wrong and attempted to help me. Would highly recommend to anyone based on this experience alone, really lovely customer service.
