   Absolutely worthless and useless pharmacy do not under any circumstances keep them as your regular pharmacy. They will let u down repeatedly without any shame or remorse. You will not get ur repeat prescriptions on time without any explanation or accountability. You will not be able to get medication on time. Strongly recommend to avoid as strongly as possible

   Never have prescriptions ready when due to pick them up. Always told they’re still at their hub. Waited a week for repeated medication I desperately need and they seem completely unbothered. Absolutely useless.

   Over the years i’ve hardly ever had my prescriptions at the same time. This latest one was the last straw. I was given only part of my prescription and told it’s not all there but there’s enough to be going on with and if i call back another time the rest of the prescription will be sorted. I called back again only to be told i have had it all. When i told them i haven’t, i was spoken to like they didn’t believe me and i should take it up with the Drs. I told them that this chemist is an absolute joke now. I have since changed Chemists.

   There’s been a big improvement over the last few months thanks to a regular pharmacist returning and some staff changes so credit where credit is due. They were unable to source one of my wife’s medications before Christmas but suggested a Pharmacy that would have it in stock even though it was a different company so she got her meds ok. Given the situation with local GP surgeries at present there are always going to be issues but they do their best to resolve and explain what’s going on and the actions they’re taking to help.

   Just rubbish. Been let down so many times trying to get prescriptions. Been told it’s in when it’s not. Takes ages to get the meds I rely on. I can’t imagine how older people cope with this as their local pharmacy. So many bad reviews and no responses. Something needs to change when a crucial public service operates through such a poor local outlet.

   Had a prescription for 6 days and said they'd not received it when asked. Transient pharmacists don't know the system of back order prescriptions. Counter assistant more interested in cosmetic surgery than customer services. Sorry is a word she didn't know..... poor.

   The staff have no customer phone skills and speak down to you like they don't have time and your just a burden. They have left me without my controlled medication to the point I become poorly. Do not rely on this pharmacy they are lazy and lie over the phone.

   Never answer the phone. Medications not there. Apparently telling someone in severe pain that they can wait up to 5 days is acceptable. Worst chemist ever. Moved the family to Morrisons West Kirby now. Never have a problem with the pharmacy there. This chemist needs to close or stick to selling shampoo. I feel sorry for the people who have no choice but to use this place.
