A positive surrounding with hard working friendly staff. Stretching the budget to make things work as much as possible.
Unfriendly staff. Specifically Reagan Ojo. Constantly harassing residents in the mother baby unit and putting tons of unnecessary stress on them. I’m not sure what her problem is but she is definitely doing too much. Other staff members are friendly but she really brings down the quality of the service.
