   Phoned shop to ask if they stocked an item just for the automated answer machine to tell me to go on their website. Did that and their auto bot tells me it can't help then cuts me off. Expect you to travel 10 miles only to be told sorry we don't have it. Rubbish firm.

   Just been in to buy Christmas gifts. Couldn't find what I wanted because the brand was spread about the shop. Got one item then waited for til. Whilst waiting for a cashier I spotted something that I was considering buying. Cashier rudely called us as if to hurry us up. There wasn't anybody waiting behind us. Didnt buy the additional item which was £50 and will not shop there again.

   Does nobody answer the phone in this store!! Been trying to call last 2 days as can't get out the house at moment but no matter what time or how many times i try nobody answers at all!!!!!!

   This has got to be one of the most unfriendliest stores around. Staff are rude almost to the point of dismissive. I return now and then just to see if there’s any change but there never is. Shocking customer service particularly at the pharmacy. Any management personnel out there reading this please try and re-educate/train staff better. I witnessed an older person being treated with serious disrespect at the pharmacy - totally unacceptable.

   Went in with my daughter to look for some brand she wanted, told by staff it’s only online. Staff did help but didn’t seem very enthusiastic to be honest! Please try harder! But hey it’s a Saturday! Will shop here again tho!

   Had a good experience in this store with staff member called Kevin. I am disabled, he recognises me and comes straight away to open a till so I don't have to queue in pain/discomfort. He greets me with a smile and is always polite and super helpful.
