Alexandra and Raja from staff are very helpful and supportive. They was incredibly supportive when we moved into the hall and helped us resolve other issues we encountered. Thank you!

Very nice experience if you considered the price. One of the closest hall to UCL cause there is a bus station so it only take like 15 minutes bus or 20 minutes by walking to the main campus. Extremely safe if you considered this is London. 24h security, lots of gates, and to access room you need student id, which is not duplicatable. Nice workers there. Great parties and snacks in test seasons. Student care. Rooms are like older than me. Shower are ridiculous like that on an airplane. There are kitchen cleaning so it’s nice. Some student here are under 18 and all students here are UCLer, nut very very noisy sometimes.(you can mail the reception to solve that problem) Last year my roommate are smoking weeds in the flat for whole year, but reception was very nice that they frequently check our flats to make sure no one smoking. Oh yes of course there are rooms checks and a lot of fire alarms. I would say fantastic for first year in London

Stayed here for 2 work trip. Arrived after 10pm and found it difficult to get into reception. Once in, no one was at reception, called the number and was told they would be down in few minutes. Waited over 20 minutes before I was checked in and able to go to the room. Rooms are student accommodation standard, basic bed and desk area. Bathroom was small but functional. My shower was leaking, once I reported, I was moved to another room. Great location with lots of food and transportation amenities close by. Room and bed was comfortable, would stay again.

Room is generally in good condition. A small con here is lack of RJ45 cable access in room, so purely wi-fi could be a bit shaky from time to time. Also the push for water shower is anti-human. Can you imagine pushing for another 30 seconds of hot water during entire shower... But the 24 hr reception and gate keeper are all helpful and provide a safe environment. The spring roll in the mattress is probably trying to stab me, but I am a heavy sleeper so I'll go easy on this issue.

Nice halls, but all the first years are 17, so you can't go out with them

Room is nice, but is £50 more expensive per week than the SOAS building which is literally identical. The room is the same size with en suite, except is only £160 a week whereas we have to pay £209? When will UCL stop being so profit-hungry? Also the mail room have lost 3 of my packages, and misplaced 2 which I had to track down.

Very small bathroom, shower leaked and stopped every 2 minutes unless you pressed a button, bath mat made of paper, bed smelled like mould.
