Trend & Thomas was my best estate agency experience so far. We just rented our first 1 bedroom flat with my partner and James, the lettings negotiator was very helpful and friendly with us. Before them, I was struggling with other agencies by chasing them to get an answer for something, I was ignored and it was literally a nightmare to deal with them. With Trend & Thomas, everything is absolutley the opposite! James made sure that the process was smooth, professional and quick. John, the property manager is also very responsive and helpful so far. Definitely can recommend these guys!:) 1 YEAR UPDATE: Still can say, we are very happy renting with this agency. If we had any urgent issues within the flat, the agency was acting quick on our request. Not many agencies do this nowadays!
