As first-time buyers, we had heard horror stories about agents, but our experience with Binks was the complete opposite.    Binks really is a family-run property agency with exceptional customer service. For over 20 years, whilst I was living overseas, Binks were outstanding in managing my rental property in Chorleywood. They are completely trustworthy and transparent and were always successful in attracting good quality tenants. If any maintenance issues arose during a tenancy, Binks used one of their local area experts to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently, so that my tenant would not be inconvenienced. More recently, I decided to sell my property through Binks. As expected, I received an exceptionally professional service. Their extensive knowledge of Chorleywood and tailored marketing, together with a pragmatic approach and clear communication, meant that the sale went through smoothly in what was a very tricky property market at the time. I am very grateful to the Binks family for all their help over the years and sincerely thank all the team but especially Vicky and Miles who have been exceptional.
