   Extremely disappointed with the service from Savills Property Renting. After nearly a year, my request for essential replacements is STILL unresolved. The property manager is never reachable, and every time I try to follow up, I get the same useless answer: “We’ve reached out to the landlord.” Nothing ever happens, and there is zero accountability or urgency. This level of neglect is unacceptable from a professional property management company. The only part of the whole experience that was good was before I actually rented the house, and unfortunately, that turned out to be the last time the service was reliable.

   The team at Savills Rickmansworth have been excellent from start to finish. Buying and selling a home in England can be a long and hard process but Savills have been with us every step of the way. Sue Trybus in particular is an outstanding human being - she goes beyond what you would expect of an estate agent, working whatever hours are required and be there to give advice even when she has nothing to gain. She is always at the end of a phone, even when ill! She has her client’s best interests at heart and has the highest level of integrity I have ever seen. I cannot recommend Sue and Savills Rickmansworth enough - I wouldn’t sell my home through anyone else.

   We have been extremely happy with the level of service and professionalism that we received from the entire team at Savills, particularly Sue Trybus. From the offset, Sue was super efficient with getting our viewing booked in and has been extremely diligent with all matters in relation to our purchase. Sue eliminated a lot of stress by pushing matters herself and making sure certain things got done on time. Particularly as we are unable to control much in this process. It's been an amazing experience working with Sue and her team. We're very excited to move into our new home albeit very sad to not be in regular contact with the lovely Sue!

She coordinated well with the solicitors and made sure things moved quickly but in a professional manner. She helped push things along on our behalf which helped relieve our stress. The whole Savills team are also very nice to work with. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an Estate Agent.
