   Fantastic team and a smooth move-in experience! My wife and I recently moved into UNCLE Southall and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The whole team have been incredibly helpful and professional. Special thanks to Ahad for his clear communication and support — everything was organised quickly and without any issues. Big thanks also to Harry, who showed us the apartment on our first visit and explained everything in detail. Both Ahad and Harry are always happy to help with any questions and go above and beyond to make things easier for us. And of course, a huge thank you to Krisma, who guided us through the entire process right up to our move-in day. Everyone’s friendly attitude and attention to detail made the whole experience even better. We’re both really pleased with the service and support from everyone at UNCLE Southall!

   I’ve been living at Uncle Southall for a few months now, and I’m absolutely loving it. The building is mostly clean and well-maintained, and the gym and co-working space are great added bonuses that make day-to-day life so convenient. A special mention goes to Ahad at the reception. He’d incredibly friendly, professional, and always receptive to any requests or questions. He’s been especially helpful with every request I’ve made, which really adds to the welcoming and comfortable atmosphere here. Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience living at Uncle Southall!

   To my experience , since the i have moved to this uncle’s building it is all going good sometimes there are problems but it is universel every housing building have problems to be precise, the management and people work very hard to sort out all kind of problems and give notice upfornt on emails too. There are some cleaning issues in neighbourhood but they do there best to deliver the very best experience and assistance to every resident in the building one the management person named ahad is very helpfull he assisted me many times with key deliveries and parcles.

   I’ve just moved and the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Crisma was amazing in getting everything organised quickly – she responded right away, arranged the viewing without any hassle, and was so helpful throughout the process. Harry did the viewing itself and took the time to answer all my questions clearly, which made me feel really confident about the place. Once I confirmed the move, Ahad was brilliant in helping with the practical side – from booking my parking slot to scheduling the move-in and even sorting out issues with the utilities. He was patient, responsive, and made what could have been stressful feel smooth and easy. Overall, the whole team has been incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. It’s been such a positive experience that I’ve already been telling friends to book a viewing with them too. Living here has been amazing! Water pressure here is great btw! Highly recommend!

   Disappointment. To be honest, the flat was great, it was a new flat that my partner and I enjoyed living in, the rest of the building needed some changes to make it good. First of all I would like to make it clear that Southall WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE here in London, the neighbourhood is extremely dirty and the city council doesn't seem to care much. Luckily we had the underground nearby. Returning to the building, I would like to emphasise that the cleanliness of the building was not the best, the walls are dirty and the carpet in the entrance needs a deep clean. I think the cleaners tried to do their best, but the hours allocated to the building weren't enough, because after a while everything was dirty again. I found rubbish in the reception corridor several times, papers, spoons, labels, bags... The stripes at the entrance need cleaning too. The garden in front of the building is devastated and the street behind the building is a mess of rubbish. Once a bag flew into our flat, and we constantly had rubbish stuck on our balcony. Karaoke: We've always had problems with the karaoke room, one time we invited 5 friends to spend an afternoon with us singing, when we got to the room, our key wouldn't open the door so we had to call support to have someone sent from afar to deal with the problem, as it was the weekend and the managers couldn't come down to open the door. So after this embarrassment, we went up to our flat and continued our afternoon with friends. The second time, we couldn't switch on the karaoke system because it was disconnected. We always had some kind of problem. Parcels: I can't understand how a building that's supposed to have a concierge (that's what it looks like from the images when you're browsing the site) isn't always there, or there isn't one, I'm still not sure. But this person is supposed to help us with parcels or something else if we need it, but this doesn't happen. The management set up a parcel room and what was supposed to help, didn't help that much, things were left on the consierge's desk and nobody organised them inside the parcel room. Honestly, I just would like to express my disappointment with the building, as it didn't deliver a good experience, perhaps because of the location or the management. But I'm still hopeful that the other UNCLE buildings will be better and that people can have a better experience. However, the sunset is wonderful from the rooftop.

   For what you get for the price you pay, this place is a rip-off. When we were shown around they said parking is not an issue and we would be able to park on a private road behind the building but suddenly we have to park 15 minutes away and walk back to our flat while employees park right behind the building to this day. The price increase in a cost of living crisis is an absolute joke and leaves a bad taste in your mouth. A 1 bedroom flat for just under 2k in Southall of all places is laughable. That doesn't even include bills or council tax. I recommend you get the TRS apartments around the corner from the uncle building they are much more reasonable in price. There are so many other issues which I won't get into but I recommend everyone to stay far away from them.

   I was visiting my friend and it is a very amazing building and full of potential to lead a great life. But when I arrived at the building, the concierge didn't even talk to me, he was leaning against his chair and was only paying attention to the phone. The hallways and lifts weren't that clean either, unfortunately my friend moved out of the building for some of these reasons.

   Uncle Southall has been one of the smoothest and easiest renting experiences that I've ever had in London. The flats are brand new - the furnishings and appliances are amazing. With the windows + doors closed you literally cannot hear a thing outside! Gym + coworking space are also in great condition and so handy to have theses in your apartment building. But most of all, the staff here (especially Tom and Emma) do a great job of taking care of you. Questions, parcel deliveries, any issues with your flat are all handled quickly and with a smile. Thanks all for the last year :)

   I recently moved into UNCLE Southall. I have lived in number of countries and just moved to London. My experience of moving into UNCLE Southall building has been amazing. The staff on site are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel very welcome; you do not feel like a stranger. They address any questions and resolve issues quickly. A special call out to Ray Rahman, who walk be through the apartment and facilities efficiently. He was super helpful in helping me to receive numerous heavy deliveries from furnishing suppliers. Thank you Ray. I would also want to thank Emma and Tom, who jumped into action the minute they were back from their holidays to address my building needs. Off on a great start to living at UNCLE Southall .... "Renting, as it should be."

   One of the best locations near London, can reach Paddington in less than 20mins. The management of the apartment is excellent, have party room, Karoke room and dedicated pods to attend meetings if your are working from home. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Ray, Emma and Tom, the apartment managers are very welcoming and always ready to help. Will definitely recommend UNCLE Southall. Beautiful sunsets❤️
