   The whole company has a bad culture. Sales team is lovely but they push you to buy the "last available properties" when there are still better options to be sold but not in their time line just yet. They say it is selling fast and it is not. After buying the property, the after sales team makes little to no effort to help you solve the problems in the flat. And there will be problems. When we did the viewing we specifically asked the sales team about sound proofing of the flats and they ensured us it was great. They lied. We have been experiencing noise nuisance and Fairview refuses to solve the problem and tried to blame the residents creating a bad atmosphere between neighbours. If you are thinking about buying with them, think twice because what they offer is different to what they deliver.

   Bought flat from Fairview 2 year 3 months ago in Charlton and since then I have experienced a lot of issues with flat but no proper customer service at all! heating issues, water leak around windows, water supply issues, extractor noise issues, material quality is so bad and labour behind walls is terrible -proven by other photos while fixing the issues- and I am afraid it will cost me a lot of money to fix myself! room temperature does not go over 18 with full heating. and they claim that is normal. Today had another issue as heating unit is not working properly which is not touched by me but their engineers only. However they say I am out of warranty and I need to fix it myself even though complained many times! In order to complete early and make as much as money but customer satisfaction issues comes up every couple of months…Will be reporting to NHBC soon. If you want to have a flat this is not right address, believe me after signing contract you will be surrounded by nonsense issues.

   I booked to see a property and was told that I could send a a email offer, which had been accepted, and within 2 days after all the documentation was approved and ready to sign, I was told they allocated the purchase to someone else... Really disappointing and unreliable state agency to deal with.

   Herbert was absolutely brilliant, he offered to stay past his working time to show the place for sale. He provided very detailed information and answered all questions. He was very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend him and hope he will get recognised for his hard work.
