   A friend of mine previously lived at Kooky, and I always had a very positive impression whenever I visited. He highly recommended living here, praising the professionalism and kindness of the management and staff. When I had the opportunity to move, Kooky was my first choice for my new home. The entire booking process was seamless, and I am especially grateful for all the support and assistance from Aaron, from my initial enquiry through to signing the contract. Having now lived here for a month, I can confidently say that the apartment is extremely comfortable, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. I truly appreciate the sense of responsibility demonstrated by the management team—particularly the General Manager, Deni (Denisia Canta)—who has been exceptionally kind-hearted, attentive, and responsive to all my queries. Choosing Kooky has proven to be the right decision, and I am very pleased with my experience so far.

   I’ve really enjoyed my experience living at Kooky so far. The apartments are modern, well designed and thoughtfully finished, which makes them feel very comfortable to live in. The building is kept clean and secure, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. Jas, the General Manager, has been excellent, very approachable, quick to respond, and genuinely supportive whenever I’ve had a question or request. It’s clear that resident experience is a top priority here, and it makes a big difference. I’m very happy with my home at Kooky and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and well-managed place to live

   Having rented for 12 years with various agencies and private landlords, our rental experience with Kooky has been amazing. From the hotel-like feel, style, furnishings and the exemplary quality of service from the Kooky team, you wouldn't want to rent anywhere else. Our property manager in particular, Deni, is one of a kind. A genuinely thoughtful and personable person, consistently providing the utmost service, along with Chris, our maintenance manager, who also provides a professional and efficient service.

   As a Canadian living in the UK for the first time, I had numerous poor experiences with many letting agencies (Chase Evans being the worst) over the past few years. My experience with Kooky was nothing short of fantastic over the last 3 years. My property manager in particular, Deni, was amazing. She always replies in a timely manner, is very polite, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about issues you face (if any). The Kooky brand as whole have thoughtful employees who are flexible and don't try to take every GBP from you however they can like other agencies. As long as you are a good and honest tenant that treats their property as your own, they will help you when needed, and will be fair. Deni in fact is a perfect example of how a property manager should be and is an excellent representation of the Kooky brand. During a time were the integrity of UK real estate agency's have come into question, the one thing I can say for certain, because of Deni, is that you can trust Kooky.

   I've been enjoying my apartment since April 2022. It's definitely a perfect place for living. There is everything you need: brand new, stylish flats, big balconies, terraced garden, gym, concierge, close to the bus stop, train station, and supermarket. What's more, Kooky's service is incredible! They really care about their renters. If there is a problem or something you don't like, just say it, and it's gone. Special thanks to Emily, who showed me the apartment, answered all my questions and helped with everything until the moment of moving in. And a million thanks to Vesa, who truly provides the best customer care I've ever experienced. This is definitely a great place to rent. I just moved to the UK, and I am incredibly happy that I chose Kooky. It feels like you are at home.

   My partner and I moved into Kooky just over a month ago now, and the service is exceptional, from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Vesa, who has been incredible and gone above and beyond to provide a helping hand and quickly resolve any issues/queries we've had. The apartments are immaculate, the furniture is stylish and we are delighted to call this place our home. We're so happy we found Kooky and would recommend it to anyone looking for their next home - huge selling point for us was that it's pet-friendly, includes access to a gym and is just 30 mins away from London!

   I've been enjoying my apartment since September 2019. The spec and finish is high-end and I love the south facing aspect and views from my balcony onto landscaped terraced gardens. The central location is ideal -- everything you need on your doorstep. On site parking is convenient, oh and the gym and a concierge too! What really sets Kooky apart is the service, every member of the team goes the distance for you and nothing is too much trouble. Special hats off to Vesa who provides the best customer care and is always responsive and on it.
