   We brought our property in Shepperton earlier this year and can say that we had nothing but a brilliant experience from David and his team. The property is a lease hold and quite a complicated process so it took a bit longer than expected but David was there to answer any questions almost immediately. He was very helpful and always so polite. We love our new home and living in Shepperton and feel very grateful to newbounds for helping to make this happen. If we ever decided to move home I would have no doubt in using these wonderful estate agents to do so.

   As first time sellers, Newboulds has been tremendously professional and helpful throughout the process. 1. David and Barry were always just an email or phone call away. They provided knowledgeable, considered, and comprehensive responses to our questions. This was evident as early as the valuation stage, and it was the main reasons that we went with them. Having David as a main point of contact throughout the entire process also created consistency and accountability that I feel the bigger chains lack. 2. They went the extra mile to ensure that we were happy with the listing. The photographer returned a second time to take extra photos upon request. They also took good care of the buyers - we had two viewings very quickly and both resulted in offers. 3. We organized a number of services using their recommended businesses (cleaner, rubbish removal), which had proved to be very reliable and of good value. We also had to bother them with a varied range of admin tasks, some of which are not their responsibility, but they were nevertheless very keen to help. Honest, trustworthy and professional, we'd totally use David and Barry's services again!
