Andrew has been completing our property inspections for years now and always makes a conscious effort to be warm and friendly. He calls before arrival which we appreciate, and when attending, he makes conversation which makes the visit feel less formal and like a 'tick box exercise' - although I know he is there to get this done too. Andrew is attentive to any concerns we have and will ask how things are going, including our children and their progress as he has seen them grow over the past few years. Firstly, nobody answers the phone at this estate agency. I had tried multiple times, on multiple days, during work hours and nobody ever answers. What kind of agency consistently ignored phone calls? SECONDLY, once they finally called me back, I had a viewing booked with Julia Arbid. When I arrived at the property, nobody was there and I waited 30min with my wife for no reason. Of course, I tried to call them and nobody picked up. Now Julia claims that she tried to call me to confirm - I did not receive any calls all day. In any case, she could’ve emailed me if she had doubt instead of wasting my time.
Leaders Weybridge got me find a rental property at a very short time and helped me move in smoothly. Kerri Parcell was my point of contact from the very beginning for the lettings. She literally has been there for ever since I got in tough with Leaders. She has went out of her ways to help me with every tiny little thing, making the transition as smooth as possible. I had a great experience working with Kerri. Not only the process of arranging the tenancy was smooth and efficient, i was very skeptical at first because of a really bad experience I had very recently from another letting agency, where not only I was denied tenant out of whimsy of the landlord, but they made it in a way that I didn't even get my deposit back.I shared my traumatic experience with Kerri and she understood completely and was always been there for me advocating for my best interest all through the process. The communication has been always prompt and excellent ; Kerri has always been kind in answering all my queries promptly, putting me at ease.Because of my profession, I was at times unreachable in many occasions but she has always been patient and kind. Thank you so much dear Kerri. I don't what I would have done without you. Even after moving in, Leaders is still helping actively with property management, which is more than I could have asked for. I would recommend them in a heartbeat
