   Impressive and professional from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of viewings generated, the consideration given when arranging viewings and the feedback we received. Once under offer Kirsty Haydon was amazing, she kept us fully informed and updated and I do not believe it would have been possible to exchange within 6 weeks of an offer being accepted without her involvement. Hopefully our new home will be our forever home but if not, I would not hesitate to appoint Vince and his team again!

   Really impressed with Seymours from start to finish with our house sale. Matthew initially came to value our property and he was great to deal with. We were originally with a different estate agent who didn’t provide a very good service. We switched to Seymours and the difference was huge. Within 24 hours, they had more people through our door viewing our house than the other estate agent had arranged in a month! This was due to the great office team who work the phones and know their customer database well. We had an offer 2 weeks later which we accepted and we were then in the capable hands of Kirsty who was fantastic. Kirsty was always on hand to answer queries, to help move things along and just generally being a pleasure to talk to. Our house purchase went through very quickly and smoothly and Seymours were a big part of that and we would 100% recommend them.

   First Time Buyers Review - Seymours were brilliant from start to finish! From the house search, we went to a number of estate agents at the beginning with an idea of what we wanted and what we could afford, they were the only team in the local area who stayed in touch through phone and email (special mention to Luca on this) and kept us up to date with new houses on the market. Kirsty was so excellent when our offer was accepted, she guided us through the process and was always on hand to offer advice and support. They made the whole experience really seamless and easy, would not hesitate in recommending them and thank you to the whole team!
