   For the first time in all of our years of renting, we found an honest, sincere and genuine estate agent. Evey showed us around and pointed out the different features, allowing us to look at everything carefully. She also took time to describe to us not only the area where the flat was situated but also the surrounding area and transport links. She also took the time to understand our needs. I found her very trustworthy, she wasn't just saying things to make us take the property, but whatever she said was totally honest. We are going to try to find a property through Evey!!!

   Very rude and never seen an agent like him - kept on asking me more and more details for referencing as if he’s a police officer or I have committed a crime. On top asking me to pay for extra charge for parking, service charges, referencing fee which were not mentioned on the ad at the first place and then telling me I will lose holding deposit if this happens if that happens which come across as if he was bit desperate to get the money and trying to tie me into anything as long as I pay the deposit. Stay away from them it’s more like one man company handling everything over the phone like a middle man between estate agents and landlord but earning commission like he advertised on his linkin profile learn how to make 100k a year
