I sincerely appologise as similar name different street no exuse but I am stressed to the max with what has happened to me. It was apartment luxury on whitehall in London not Australia. Took my money through a booking agency. 2 weeks later they cancelled and disappeared wirh my payment.
I had a fantastic experience. Catherine was very supportive through out the process along with other team members. They found just the right apartment for us and followed through until we checked out. I will definitely use their services and will recommend them to all my friends and family.
Our entire experience was wonderful…from our interactions with Catherine, to arrival, check-in and checkout! This apt was beautiful, clean, fully stocked , and close to museums, parks, restaurants and the train station! Highly recommend in every way!
I am writing this to thank Matt at LSA who has provided incredible customer service from the booking/rebooking all the way to help with cancelling the booking due to health reasons/curtailment. He has gone above and beyond to help smooth out all the kinks though sadly the stay did not go through but would book through with him again without hesitation. Highly recommend.
The only place to go if you need a genuine 5 star service! My father was taken ill whilst visiting the UK and we needed to find very specific accomodation to meet his and my mum's needs. Matt was fantastic! Extremely professional, attentive but also easy to talk to and very understanding. After running through our requirements (close to the hospital, pet friendly, no stairs, 2 bedrooms and with an open ended check out) Matt managed to come back with a selection of apartments at differing price points for us to choose from. Which was no easy task, as it was August and therefore peak holiday season! He took care of every detail, explaining to the apartment owners the situation with regards to my Dad's health issues and negotiating on our behalf for the booking to be extended, when we needed it to be (we eventually extended twice and stayed for 3 months in total). If ever I need accommodation in London again, there is only one company I will call and only one company I would recommend! Thanks again Sam

I had to find a London accommodation for my boss urgently and Matt replied in 30 mins with the most suitable option !! He is v friendly, attentive and efficient. Got 2 bedroom residence apartment on Brick street, overall everything was just excellent. The apartment was spacious, modern and spotless clean. Service was attentive and gracious, location +security TOP and of course reasonable price!! I highly recommend this place for both business and family trip. Thanks again for the great service!

My family and I just returned from a trip to Europe. We started off in London and stayed at a serviced apartment we rented through Matt at Luxury Serviced Apartments.
