The location is excellent — easy commute to the Tube, Imperial College, and Hyde Park, which made daily travel very convenient.    A student living in London for the first time. My experience with RR properties has been great -- signing the contract and getting access to the property was extremely easy. The flat is tidy and at a perfect location. Whatever issues have occurred, management has fixed it in a timely manner, especially struggles with my mattress, having it replaced immediately. They are responsive to all calls! I genuinely recommend staying here.

   I want to write a small review about my time renting with RR Properties for my university course. When I come to London, everything was very new for me and I was worrying about finding place to live, but with your agency, it go much easier. Any time I had problem in the flat, like something not working, the maintenance come very fast, sometimes the same day, and fix it quick. I didn’t need to wait long or ask many times, which make me feel really safe and comfortable in the flat. When I checked out, I got my deposit back after one week, because I forgot to send my bank account details to them! I really had good experience with you and I would tell other students, especially who are new here, that your agency is very helpful. Thank you for everything!❤️❤️

   I've had a great experience with this agency during my internship. The rooms in Chelsea, Oakley Street were not the biggest, but they were tidy and the price was good. The gas, water and wifi bills were included in the rent which was great, helped me save a lot. I did pay quite a lot for the deposit but they allowed me to use it as my last rent payment which was helpful. I didn't rent their other apartments so I don't know much about it but the one I rented through the summer was great, I didn't have issues with it.

   Had a great experience with this agency. Their team seemed very professional and experienced to me, they knew a lot about the market and advised me thoroughly. I ended up booking a flat not from them for my 2nd year but I did rent with them for my final year. They provided useful advise and even helped me evaluate the price of other flats which is why chose them later on. Would highly recommend for people new to London, they are very hands on in their support.

   I recently wanted to change my room lights from yellow to white lights, and was willing to pay for them as well as for the service. Fortunately, when I discussed my request with RR properties, they were very kind and understanding to offer this service without me needing to pay, which was really thoughtful and made my heart really warm. The service only took 10 minutes for it to be completed and it made my whole week! RR properties is such a great agency that ensures that tenants feel comfortable, welcome and happy inside where they live, and i feel that what they have done is incredibly impressive and I am so thankful for them! I would honestly recommend this agency to everyone because they treat their customers in a such a genuine, heartfelt way; they are trustworthy and you can always rely on them no matter what!

   I live in London as imperial college student and have been living there for the summer holiday. It is a very nice and clean accommodation with perfect location down the Cromwell road and near the Sainsbury shopping mail. Also the RR property manager was easy to go and actively solved any issues provided. Definitely worth the price and would highly recommend it to everyone!
