Be careful! They’re dodge and closed the office as well. They charged commission fee £200 and gave me rubbish flat in Stratford 2018. I have a receipt, bank statement, tenancy agreement and flat photos so if you continue to lie to me then I will visit your office again with my husband and local police.
I have had the most warm welcoming from the W2 Residentials staff. The service was excellent, my request’s were dealt with in a timely manner. I will continue to work with W2 Residentials and their polite staff. I definitely recommend W2 Residentials.

Very dodgy agency. They barge into your flat without notice, which is illegal, and even charge a £50 fine if you refuse them entry because you’re in the shower. Avoid this agency at all costs!!!!!!! EDIT: This is *not* a fake review, unlike the fake 5* reviews YOU paid for! Nobody in their right mind would give 5*s to this agency. Especially when you draft up illegal contracts waiving our legal rights to ‘peaceful enjoyment’. And why should I give my name? Everyone has the right to privacy. Evidentially, this is something this agency knows NOTHING about, in all aspects!
Very professional agency, victorian central properties and really good service! I have been staying in my 1 bed flat with them for almost 2 years now! If you want to live in this area you should definitely have a look at what they might have for you
I've rented amazing studio with my girlfriend one year ago! Saf was in touch all the time, management is super nice and easy-going + flat is in very good condition. Excellent experience - recommend for everyone!
W2 agency is the best agency I have ever seen! The 2 guys working there are super welcoming, nice, always keen to help you. When I first visited the flat, my agent Faez proposed me to do a quick tour of the neighbourhood to see the environment, the shops, cinema, good pubs to go, etc. He took the time for me, and he is always here to help, whenever I call him for any queries or advises. I really recommend to pass by this agency!
These guys were brilliant helping me find exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford; they negotiated on my behalf with the Landlord on a place I fell in love with but slightly over my budget! I have to say their customer service was second to none - 3 months in my new place and so far so good! Sorry for the late review, but I am recommending you guys to everyone I know.
