Where do I start? The management is poor. Ashkar Is completely unprofessional and incompetent. He has sent me numerous harrasing emails saying he's going to file litigation against me for things that aren't even illegal, such as telling him I'm forwarding his harassing emails to everyone. He doesn't care about his tenants or staff. He really should go work as a jail warden. Uodate: I got my deposit back after having to prove I paid rent for 6 months, although the invoice clearly showed it. Their excuse...personal issues. As a nurse, I can't use that excuse. Good on you.
I would like to thank aria once again for providing the fastest support and solution in all matters. He presented all the organizations from the place screening to the rental process, on time, in the best way. I hope our communication will continue for a long time.
It was a great experience residing at this apartment. Aria was a great help throughout the time we were at the apartment. He is very supportive and provided necessary information on settling in at the apartment. All the facilities of the apartment are top-notch. I enjoyed every bit of my stay at the apartment.
