   We as a family of 4 stayed in Nouvelle House and had tons of amazing memories in the last 3.5 years. We have been through 4 summers and 3 winters, kids aged from well kids to teens. Our stay was nothing short of amazing as the location is supreme, very close to schools, station, high street, manor park etc and also because of all the Pure Resi staff and the support they provided us. Honestly all you guys - Mark, Martin, Maria, Laura, Steve are absolute rock stars. Thank you and best wishes always - Manu

   I have been living at Marketfield court in Redhill for a few months now and I love it. The apartment itself is modern and luxury, the amenities are new and easy to use and all the instructions for them can be found on the app provided by Pure Resi. The location itself is great, its closeness to town makes everything very easy and helpful. Being a 1 minute walk from the train station is extremely useful as I travel to London most days. The whole rental process was simple from beginning to end am I am very happy with the apartment and the helpful staff involved.

   My whole experience with Pure Resi was excellent! The staff made me feel like nothing was too much trouble, a lovely lady called Maria helped me through the initial process of becoming a tenant (which I had never done before) and continued to help me whilst I was there. Another member of their team Mark Golding was also very knowledgeable and helped me with any queries. They made the whole process very straightforward. 5* guys I’d recommend your company any day!    Excellent service from start to finish I would highly recommend this Pure Resi which has exceeded expectations and are consistently professional, friendly and full of integrity. When I had trouble with warm water Maria Owen helped answering my calls and helping to sort it out at late evening (thanks Maria). Anytime I had problem with the flat pure resi sent me someone to fix it. Mark Goldin is exceptional as well. He helped me so much when I had to move out . He has been extremely kind and professional.    I am renting a flat from Pure Resi for about 5 months and they always promptly answered my emails, and more importantly, when there was a problem to solve, they did solve it. It is modern business with people who are not only polite and friendly, but the also do care.    I lived in the Pure Resi apartment block in Dorking for 12 months and have nothing but brilliant things to say. The flat was immaculate and the staff were sublime! If i ever had any issues they handled them incredibly swiftly and professionally. I actually referred my best friend to an open apartment as soon as it became available. This is a much better system than dealing with individual private landlords! I would 100% recommend Pure Resi and the team!

   I moved into Nouvelle House a year ago to experience my first taste of living on my own, and I have to say it was great. The apartment was nicely sized for me alone, and was very modern. I also had great support from PURE RESi, more specifically Maria, Mark and Leah. I highly recommend considering your next rental option with them as they will look after you. Thank you for how much you have looked after me and if I ever need to come back to rent again, PURE RESi will be my first option.
