   I hadn't used this agent before but I was so impressed by the introduction and welcome I received by Pam that I decided to go ahead with Christies. From the moment Max came to value right though to showing the property to potential buyers, he was very professional, showing genuine enthusiasm and always so courteous. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Christies Residential to anyone and would use them again without doubt.

   I was assisting a friend in finding a property during a difficult time, and the conduct of this agent was utterly unacceptable. They refused to show her a property on the basis that she “isn’t working,” without allowing her the opportunity to explain her circumstances—when in fact, she is employed. Even if someone is receiving financial assistance, refusing them without consideration is discriminatory and deeply inappropriate. My friend was dismissed over the phone, told she would receive a call back, which never happened. When she followed up, she was met with a rude response and told, “We will call you when we are ready.” This level of arrogance and disregard for potential tenants is disgraceful. The lack of professionalism, compassion, and basic courtesy is absolutely appalling.

   We have a lovely experience working with Adam and Pam. They had great knowledge about our area even though our house was outside of their normal area. They kept us up to date on our sale whilst also giving our buyer the assistance that they needed to move the matter along. Without their help the sale would definitely have been delayed quite a bit. The lettings side of the office has also been professional and knowledgeable over the years that we have been using them. We shall continue to use Christies in future for all our property needs in Leatherhead and district and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone requiring a property agent in this area.
