   Have just exchanged contracts on our family home after my mother's passing. I had frequent contact with the sales progresser, Samantha Ibell who performed an exemplary job of keeping things moving along and updating myself and my brothers frequently. On contacting her for anything by email, she was extremely swift to reply and was in constant contact with both our and our buyers solicitor and certainly didn't let the grass grow under their feet. Having had two very slow house sales previously with other agents this experience has been a refreshing change. Highly recommended.

   The whole team at Davies were incredible. They came highly recommended to us and we would highly recommend them now also. They were very professional, knowledgeable and always quick to react. We had a particularly tricky journey getting to Exchange and both Sam and Lewis were amazing in helping us cross the line. Simon, Lewis, Sarah and team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish and I am so grateful for their skill in finding the right buyer and managing the whole process so smoothly from start to finish. They were super professional, diligent and pro-active, and also very genuine and lovely to work with. Simon was my main contact and his advice throughout the process was invaluable. He kept the ball rolling with excellent communication and I felt extremely reassured by his knowledge and expertise.    Grosvenor Billinghurst in Cobham have recently sold our house and I have been really impressed with their excellent sales and communication skills. They have all been fantastic to deal with and have used their initiative where appropriate and constantly kept the ball moving with the ups and downs of the house sale. The team also have very similar ethics to my own, which is not always the case with many estate agents. I dealt with Gareth, Lewis and Simon - all were great to deal with, but especially Simon who was my main contact, he was very professional, calm and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend that you don’t use anyone else to sell your house in Cobham!!

   Brilliant experience with Grosvenor, we were shown lovely properties which were exactly to our specification, Elizabeth was super helpful and accommodating, she really understood our situation and brokered the deal with the landlord. We absolutely love the property we in , any issues we have had with maintenance was promptly solved by Jenny. Grosvenor communicates often and regularly and cant fault the experience when it came to leasing a home.
