   I’ve been with this agency for many years and always found staff like Dean very helpful. Sadly, my experience with Luke has been the complete opposite. He placed a tenant on benefits into my property without ever notifying me, which led to nothing but headaches. Luke is only interested in the money - there was no transparency, no care for the landlord, and when the tenancy ended he offered absolutely no support. After years of loyalty, I received none in return. Very disappointing service, and I would not recommend dealing with him

   I have recently sold my buy to let flat in Woking after 13 years. Throughout my time as a landlord, I exclusively used The Letting Centre as my agents. They were outstanding at finding suitable tenants and always being on hand to help. They have great local knowledge. A big thank you to Luke and his team for all their hard work over the years. I cannot recommend them highly enough to both landlords and prospective tenants.

   A very nice letting agency, smooth and reliable. They supported us since the beginning even though the landlord was not much of the help and never responds to the call for so many issues like electrical appliances and some window and plumbing related problem but the letting agency could not do much because it was not in their hand. They still did try to resolve the issue which was not their job and we appreciate it. I would always recommend this letting agency to everyone.

   Very unprofessional agents. Have a specific bias towards people of colour, I guess. Rented out a property from them at William booth place, it was a hassle to get them to attend to faults. The heater was broken for more than 6 months, they never arranged for it to be fixed. Fed up, we vacated the apartment. Beware of fraudulent deductions they make from the deposit amount after vacating the property. Had deducted 85£ to throw away a bag of garbage, that we accidentally left outside the apartment door while vacating, even though we offered to remove it later that day. To immigrants who move to this country & who do not have much knowledge or exposure of how the law works for tenants, these agents take it to their advantage to refuse to provide the services due. Wouldn’t recommend the Letting centre.

The friendliness and support from everyone at The Letting Centre is a breath of fresh air considering we've only previously dealt with Central London agents. The wine and chocolates in the fridge were a welcome treat on our moving in day!

   Great experience with The Letting Centre from start to finish! The agent we worked with, Chris, was so helpful in arranging multiple viewing so both me and my partner could see the property, sometimes outside of working hours and helped us negotiate a great rental deal. Chris was really communicative and helpful throughout, the polar opposite of the letting agency our previous agreement was with! Chris and his team even very kindly left us a surprise of a bottle of wine and chocolates in the fridge for us to find when we first arrived - very welcome surprise indeed! This agency really cares about it's customers, both tenants and landlords, unlike so many of the others that I have had experience with! Thank you Chris and Dean!

   Have had a very good experience securing a property to rent through the letting centre. Everything was sorted quickly and efficiently by the Assistant Manager Dean. All my queries were responded to immediately and I was helped every step of the process. I managed to get what I wanted in a tight time frame. Was very pleased and happy with the service received!
