   Breathtakingly incompetent estate agency. As a landlord, avoid at all costs. My tenant didn't pay for 5 months and they did nothing. I had to chase them for every tiny action. The only thing that works is the fees and deducations they take which are mircalously mega efficient, even when my rent is not being recovered. Still waiting for them to action deposit recovery 10 months after the tenant left, having trashed the flat. Total cost of working with these clowns on a 12-month basis is over £20,000 in unpaid rent, damages and lost income. It's beyond bad, a farcical joke of a business.

   Worst customer service ever experienced. Once we move in through them, they don’t care about the issues we face. It takes ages for them to respond to anything. I was supposed to be provided with 2 sets of key for my flat but was given only one when I moved in. They asked me to wait for few days and they said they will arrange another set of keys for me. Now after 10 days they are asking me to make a copy of the keys myself. They could have said that to me at first place if they don’t handle it. Moreover, the other issues I have raised in the property, one of which is a safety hazard is not at all addressed. We are very much disappointed with how they have treated us. We will never be suggesting anyone to go with Leaders if they are consistently irresponsible and careless about their clients.
