   I have had exceptional support from Samia who manages the site, she turned our experience around. When we first signed up, our sales representative unfortunately didn't take into account our specific business requirements. Some crucial needs were completely overlooked, and the policies around these weren't made clear to us. Had we known, we would have either come to a different arrangement or looked at other solutions entirely, as these were non-negotiable requirements for us. However Samia stepped in, reassured us, and personally took responsibility for making sure everything was sorted properly and she delivered. Not only did she resolve our issues, but she also made it clear that she's here to help whenever we need support going forward. I can honestly say that the effort Samia put in to ensure all our requirements were met is the main reason we decided to stay with Regus. She's been warm, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout. I also want to mention Freddie, who was brilliant during our initial office setup. He was incredibly patient and helpful with me. His support was invaluable and very much appreciated. Overall, exceptional service from both Samia and Freddie. They've made all the difference to our experience here.

   Very sadly the maintenance of the building is very poor and has been below standard in the year I have been renting there. Issues have included the lift being out of order and the front door not working for over 6 months which has been a security issue at times , in addition to poor control of office aircon and several recurring kitchen and bathroom maintenance issues. I have recently been misled about a more than 25% rent hike which they are not addressing in a satisfactory manner . Very let down as have tolerated all the shortcomings expecting fair rent treatment . Very disappointing senior management which is a shame as they have building staff who try their best but are ineffective and have no autonomy. Now I understand why so many people seem to leave and they have poor occupancy. Shame.

   One of the worst experiences we've ever had. Regus will rip you off at every possible stage. The front desk staff do their best, but they are constantly rotated. The buildings constantly have problems, often making the environment completely unprofessional. Everyone else we spoke to in the building had similarly horrific experiences with Regus and most left after one year. Avoid Regus at all costs.

   Absolutely disgusting company to work with. We will never rent an office space from them again. All they care about is taking as much money from you as possible. We left our private office two months ago. We professionally cleaned our room and carpet to only firstly get charged a £250 restoration fee and then £1000 two months later to replace the carpet even though we were told everything was fine in the room. The carpet was in perfect condition. All this company wants to do is take as much money from you as possible. I will be advising everyone I know to never rent from them. We will not be paying this invoice.

   VIP Member store: order placed December 14. 4 emails and 4 phone calls later still not even a tracking number or anything else 3 months later. Worst costumer service ever.
